Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
  • Handle the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork
  • Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans
  • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance HR operations

Note

  • This internship is performance-based and apart from the fixed base stipend, you will be awarded an additional stipend based on your performance up to Rs. 32,500
  • You will be awarded a full-time opportunity at Koders after your tenure if your performance meets or exceeds expectations
