Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Handle the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, conducting orientation sessions, and assisting with paperwork
- Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases as needed
- Assist with performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives
- Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance HR operations
- This internship is performance-based and apart from the fixed base stipend, you will be awarded an additional stipend based on your performance up to Rs. 32,500
- You will be awarded a full-time opportunity at Koders after your tenure if your performance meets or exceeds expectations
