I as an HR intern for Aashman foundation want to provide this opportunity to you people to join and work for an NGO named Aashman foundation which is India’s first and only organization to help single income widows in family and spread awareness of women sanitization during the menstrual period in rural and remote areas and many much.

Our foundation is hiring interns of any field regardless of their degrees and subjects of their graduation. There are various profiles and different tenure of them for which you can apply for internships and as perks you will get certificates in the end of internships and stipend or the payment if your work is excellent depending upon your performance.

* DURATION 6, 9, 12 MONTHS*
*Roles & responsibilities for HR profile*????
• Create internship drives in college campuses
• Use online medium to enroll candidates
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Schedule and confirmed interviews with candidates
• Post, update & remove internship ads from intern boards, career pages, and social networks
• Prepare HR-related report’s as needed (like training budget by department)
• Participate in organizing company events and careers.
