Job Title: HR Manager

As a Task Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our HR operations.

This role is offered on a contractual basis, providing you with the opportunity to directly engage with the company’s payroll. This arrangement allows for a focused and collaborative work environment, enabling you to make a significant contribution during your time with us.

Job Location: Tripura, Agartala.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR systems tailored to organizational needs.
• Craft comprehensive HR policies and operational manuals.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless adoption of new systems.
• Manage recruitment processes, especially at scale.
• Collaborate with government entities to align practices with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Postgraduate degree in HR or MBA from a recognized institute in India or abroad.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR system development.
• Demonstrated expertise in crafting HR policies and operational manuals.
• Proven ability to handle recruitment on a large scale.
• Strong training and knowledge transfer skills.
• Preferred experience in government settings.

Salary in hand : 50k to 60k

Are you an experienced OD/HR professional with a knack for catalyzing positive change within organizations? We are in search of two Sr. Organizational Development/HR Experts to lead our initiatives in organizational enhancement and HR optimization.
