Role Description

Aradhya HR Consultancy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compensation and benefits. This is a full-time hybrid role located in the Kolkata metropolitan area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the CEO and will work closely with other department heads to ensure that company policies and procedures are aligned with our business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Experience in recruitment and selection, talent management, performance management, training and development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing HR systems, databases, and other tools.
• Good commercial awareness and experience in aligning HR initiatives to support business strategies.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) are also desirable.
