To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

Preparing Design Basis Report
Preparing Heat load and Ventilation calculations as per ASHRAE standards.
Preparing technical specifications for the complete system
Preparing BOQ and Tender documents.
Static pressure calculations for the Fans and Pumps
Complete design knowledge of Air-cooled, and water-cooled chiller system
Complete design knowledge to access the design of cooling coils.
Selection of the blower, fans, and pumps as per pressure drop calculations
Hands on BMS design knowledge and integration of the HVAC system
Preliminary concept layout and design capability before detailed design engineering.
Assisting in conducting fieldwork and at times taking the lead in this effort.
Attending design meetings with the client and issuing minutes when the project manager cannot attend or accompany the project manager to meetings.
Organising and directing frequent in-house meetings under the direction of the project manager.
Providing input to the project manager in regard to scheduling personnel.
Working with the project manager/MEP in charge of the preparation of detailed personnel loading by task interfaced with the detailed schedule.
Assisting in the preparation of storyboards and detailed project timelines.
Educations & Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Sound knowledge of software like HAP, TRANE TRACE, E20 forms, ACAD, Revit MEP, Duct sizer and energy modeling software
Familiar with 3D BIM environment
Good knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NABH, NBC, ASME Standards, and International standards.
As per ISO 9001 quality standards carry out the quality work and maintain the documents.
Experience in Detail Design / Infrastructure Projects
Ability to work on Multi-Disciplinary Projects
Knowledge about Clean room design and ISO classes 14644
