Managing Pan India primary and secondary distribution EX mother warehouse.
Providing system and process framework for secondary distribution operations in coordination with transporters, internal and external stakeholders.
Develop and implement various cost saving initiatives such as increase FTL vehicle capacity utilization, manpower optimization, variable cost optimization.
Monitoring KPI for 3PL service provider.
Monitoring and ensuring proper inventory management and Monthly /Quarterly stock Audits.
Warehouse space management to accommodate seasonal load.
Ensuring daily reports circulation across all stakeholders.
Defective stock and scrap management.
Ensuring strong coordination in between management & 3 PL service provider.
Escalation management.
Inventory management of the Warehouse
Capacity Planning for the warehouse in terms of Max space utilization and logistics requirement
Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce.
Implementing & Analyzing Cost and Budget Controls.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
Directing, optimizing, and coordinating full order cycle
