Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an IELTS Faculty .As an IELTS Faculty, you will be responsible for providing in-person IELTS coaching to students, helping them improve their language proficiency skills for a variety of language proficiency tests. You will plan and execute lessons, conduct assessments, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their academic and personal goals in a supportive and friendly learning environment.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • CELTA or TESOL/TEFL certification with minimum 1 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to administer diagnostic tests, measure student progress, and adapt learning strategies to meet students’ needs
  • Expertise in test preparation, specifically for IELTS and TOEFL proficiency exams
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule and a strong, student-centered approach to teaching
  • Knowledge of other languages, familiarity with various cultures, and experience studying and/or working abroad is a plus
