*We are seeking an experienced and dedicated IELTS Trainer(offline) to join our team. As an IELTS Trainer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and guidance to individuals preparing for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) examination. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct IELTS training sessions:

Deliver high-quality instruction on all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Design and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students.

Utilize a variety of teaching techniques and resources to enhance learning outcomes.

Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer guidance for improvement.

*Develop and adapt training materials:

Create and modify instructional materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and practice tests.

Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, trends, and scoring criteria.

Incorporate interactive activities, authentic materials, and technology-based tools to engage learners.

*Assess and evaluate student performance:

Administer mock tests and practice exercises to assess students’ language proficiency.

Provide detailed feedback on strengths and weaknesses, highlighting areas for improvement.

Offer strategies and techniques to enhance test-taking skills and time management.

*Track student progress and maintain records:

Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and individual performance.

Prepare progress reports for students and provide recommendations for further study.

Collaborate with other trainers and management to monitor overall program effectiveness.

*Stay updated and engage in professional development:

Stay abreast of current research, trends, and resources in English language teaching and IELTS preparation.

Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and webinars to enhance teaching skills.

Contribute to the development of new training materials and curriculum updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.

Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Certified IELTS trainer with extensive knowledge of IELTS exam requirements, scoring criteria, and test formats.

Proven experience in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or English for Academic Purposes (EAP).

Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
