Our Requirement

ü Position Title: IML Designer (Product and Project Manager Expert Thin Wall and IML)

ü Department: Product Development

ü Location: Silvassa. The job may involve extensive travelling and there will be possibilities of overseas relocation across group entities.

ü Experience: Minimum 5+ Years as Thin Wall and IML

ü Qualification: Engineering Degree in Mould Design, CIPET or Mechanical Engineering

ü Language : Fluency in English

Responsibilities for IML Designer

1) Design Skills

· Expert as designer with CAD software, ideally Solidworks – Minimum 5 years

· Rigid packaging design knowledge – minimum 5 years, especially with thin wall and IML products (3D and 2D)

· The candidate should know the design process for thin walls products in terms of thickness or L/T ratio etc. and also its requirements for IML process.

· Product design review, product specification and Dimensional Analysis

· Able to design products independently from day one.

2) Project Management Skills

· Knowledge on product specification definition for packaging – Ability to discuss and define the product specifications with the customer

· Ability to discuss with suppliers about the product design and mold design

· To be able to prepare a project Gant chart with all the key phases

· To be able to follow up mold trials

· To be able to understand the functional tests requested by our customers for their products and to explain them to our quality department.

· Quality plan and gauges

· Able to conduct a technical team meeting (internally or with the customer)

· Project review
