Key job description for operator profile:

a) To monitor the C&C platform on desktop for the assigned area/system to observe any incident or exception.

b) To provide the response of the queries asked by business user via phone/ whatsapp / Chatbot

c) To communicate with ACCENTURE / ACCENTURES CLIENT officials in case of any compliance or escalation.

d) To execute the manual SOPs on the platform and track for completion.

e) To Generate report of KPI, System performance, Asset information etc. as and when needed.

f) Inform/Escalate to ACCENTURE / ACCENTURE’S CLIENT” officials in case of any high priority incident.

g) Coordinate with the department and business officials for closed of activities in the system

Qualification

The minimum educational qualification of all such manpower should be Engineering Diploma /BE / B.Tech /BCA/MCA in Computer/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics /Instrumentation or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience.
