- Perform pre-call analysis & check the claim status by calling the payer

- Record after-call actions & perform post call analysis for the claim follow-up

- Analyze AR data and understand the reason for underpayment, days in A/R & top denial reason

Required Candidate profile

AR Caller with a min of 1 yr of exp

Working in AR CALLING CMS 1500 form

Allscripts PM software exp is preferred

Knowledge in Denials, Correspondence & rejections
