Immigration / Sales Consultant

We are looking for an Immigration/Sales consultant having an immigration background with knowledge in Express Entry. By providing expertise, knowledge and outstanding service to our clients, the role of the consultant is to source and recruit high caliber candidates that meet the requirements of the business on-time. You’ll attract candidates, screen them and match them to appropriate positions. This is a critical role within the organization we are looking for purely passionate experienced Immigration consultants to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Sales .
  • Minimum 1 year experience in immigration industry in Express Entry.
  • Experience and knowledge of sourcing workers.
  • Liaising and coordinating recruitment requirement’s alongside overseas recruitment partners.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to and meet deadlines.
  • Time management and the ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
  • Self-driven, vibrant, passionate and have the ability to maintain a high level of personal motivation
  • Be a key player and driver in the team to execute requirements on-time
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish and nurture long lasting relationships

Recruitment Consultant Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as recruitment consultant or similar position

· Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques

· Sales/Customer service skills

· Outstanding communication ability

· Confident and pleasant personality

· Well-organized

· Ability to work with targets

· Sound judgement
