Imports Executive
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
Import and Export Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all relevant international trade laws, regulations, and customs procedures. In-depth knowledge of international trade laws, customs regulations, and compliance requirements.
Documentation and Record Keeping: Manage and maintain accurate records of all import and export activities, including invoices, shipping documents, and compliance documents.
Customs Clearance: Coordinate customs clearance processes, including the preparation and submission of required documentation, to expedite the movement of goods across borders.
Supplier and Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders to optimize supply chain efficiency. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Cost Management: Monitor import and export costs, negotiate contracts with shipping carriers, and implement cost-saving strategies.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to international trade, including regulatory changes and supply chain disruptions.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of import and export operations.
Minimum requirements
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field would be an added advantage. Residence : <20 Kms Radius of Chhatarpur. Must have own vehicle.
Joining Time : 15 days
Technical Skills and Prior Experience Min. 3 years’ experience.
Must be PC proficient and adaptability to a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. Knowledge of Tally a must.
Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
