Roles and Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in the Security of Office 365 and the Security Ecosystem (Firewall and Endpoint). Experience with Microsoft Windows Operating System, various networking devices (switches, routers, and firewalls), and Linux Operating System.
Experience in various cloud platforms like AZURE and AWS
Provide support for hardware and software. Implementing on installations, configuration, and testing of new or upgraded hardware and software to ensure uniformity, performance, reliability, and security
Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
Constant monitoring and maintenance of Internet and infrastructure to achieve 24x7 uptime.
Predict, identify, and analyze the IT related issues/queries, and to be resolved in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile

2 - 8 years of application installation, configuration, and deployment experience
BTech, MCA, BCA degree (or equivalent); qualifications in information systems, computer science or related field preferred.
Demonstrated experience supporting and managing Windows and Linux operating systems
Proven experience in incident management, service request management and problem-solving;
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships to understand client requirements.
Ability to deliver against deadlines and agreed targets
Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player.
Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems
