Experience:
• Essential: Minimum 2 years in sales.
Desirable:
1) Exposure to the GCC or other global markets.
2) Experience in sales within the ERP, Digital Marketing, or Software industry.
Target Audience: B2B - Corporate Companies, SMEs, and Business Firms in Saudi Arabia & GCC markets. Proficiency in Malayalam is required.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role allows for work from home. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be mainly responsible for driving lead conversion and managing the sales process by responding to and following up on inbound leads. You will collaborate with customers to identify their needs and provide customized solutions. You will also need to develop and maintain an understanding of industry trends and product knowledge to drive sales and grow business.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Channel Development: Establish existing / Expand new network of marketing channel partners in the Saudi/ GCC market.
- Prospect Identification: Utilize various resources, including online databases and social media, to identify and research potential clients.
- Outbound Calling: Initiate contact with leads, introduce our services, and schedule appointments.
- Needs Assessment: Understand prospective clients’ unique needs and tailor your sales approach accordingly.
- Solution Presentation: Deliver persuasive presentations of our services, emphasizing their benefits.
- Objection Handling: Address objections and provide relevant information to overcome them.
- Lead Nurturing: Continuously follow up with leads to build relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report key performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
- Exposure in the Saudi Arabia/ GCC/ other global market will be highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Ability to work independently and as a team player to achieve goals and objectives
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
