organization using emerging technologies.


Backed by one of the leading data center providers in Asia the core team brings in vast proven industry experience in technology, marketing, and

sales.


The technology team has prior experience in startups both in Silicon Valley and

Bangalore. While the sales and marketing team has decades of relevant domain expertise.

We are looking for exceptional people to join us on this mission.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and reach out to new business prospects/leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Should be able to research target accounts, identify key players and generate

interest.

  • Ideally, have experience in the technology industry prospecting and selling

solution-led deals to the CTO’s/CIOs.

  • Preferred proven SaaS or technology sales experience, in the US, AU, EMEA B2B

market context.

  • Preferred proven ability in penetrating small and large corporations to find

decision-makers through various tools & platforms.

  • Pitch to Prospects/Customers on various products(Process Mining, Process

Transformation, Intelligent Automation, Hyperautomation, Digital Transformation /

Product Engineering, and Process Analytics).

  • Develop a robust pipeline and monitor it using the Company’s CRM system.
  • Carry Meeting, Opportunity, RFX & Closure targets.

  • Demonstrate operational excellence in order to relentlessly and resourcefully meet

objectives.

  • An understanding of the Automation, RPA/offshore business model and enjoy selling

to a technical audience while building mutual trust.


Requirements:


  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Inside Sales.
  • Effective Listening, communication (Verbal and Written) and phone skills.
  • Ability to engage and gain commitment effectively across all communication

platforms (via telephone, email & LinkedIn).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwares such as Hubspot, Salesforce.com,

etc.

  • Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new processes.
  • Understanding of basic technological concepts - POC, MVP, GTM, Microservices,

Agile, Cross-functional etc.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Highly self-motivated and Attention to detail.

You’ll be the first hire in the team and would be expected to grow the team and form a unit of exceptional talent
