you’ll be our: Institutional & B2B Sales Manager
you’ll be based at:IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru
you’ll be Aligned with:Lead - Network Expansion & Business Development
you’ll be a member of:Sales Team
What you’ll do at Ather:
- Managing the leads and enquiring of bulk sales and ensuring conversion by optimum methods.
- Drive the complex negotiations staying within the scope of the company’s policies.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with the various stakeholders in various organizations for repeat business opportunities.
- Keep close track on post sales activities like service, warranty, charging infra requirements etc so that customer satisfaction and retention is ensured.
- Contribute to overall sales target with easy customer acquisition and lower enquiry generation cost.
- Track Competition & their activities
- Creating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans and strategies along with the channel sales team.
Here’s what we are looking for:
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, preferable from Automotive, Technology or Retail background
- A postgraduate or graduate degree in Business or Engineering
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
- Someone with a lot of patience to be able manage complex deals.
- A good understanding of automobiles and EV technology will be a definite plus
