Roles and Responsibilities


Supervise insurance staff, assisting with initial placement and insurance renewals • Maintain low-loss ratios • Handle all team members and provide proper guidance to them • Ensure a high standard of customer service • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal and external policies • Perform insurance functions as needed, including processing claims, billings, and policy changes

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelors degree in a relevant field • 1+yrs experience in insurance sales and underwriting experience • Risk management skills

  • Negotiation skills • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and other application software • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
