JOB DISCRIPTION

Profile : Dy . Manager/ Manager Insurance

Location: Butibori

Experience : 1yr to 5yr

Qualification : MBA

Gender : Male

Salary : as per interview

Key & Responsibility

1. Responsible of timely renewals, enhancements of all the insurance policies .

2. Reporting of all Insurance Claims i.e. intimation given to insurance co for timely appointment of surveyors.

3. Follow-ups with surveyors for survey, Joint Inspection Reports and Final Survey Reports.

4. Processing & Submission of Marine Claims i.e. preparation of claim bill, claim form, notice given to carrier, arranging damage certificate from various transporters etc.

5. Processing of GPA claims from intimation to settlement of claims.

6. Compliance with Ins Co. & Surveyor regarding their queries & settlement of the same upto their satisfaction.

7. Preparation of Insurance MIS, i.e. Marine Claim Analysis, Intimation MIS etc.

8. Control over Damage / Accidental material (FG) return to factory under insurance head & checking of its proper accounting with the Ins Claim of Customer.

9. Processing of Survey Fess / Processing of debit notes to surveyors.

10. Managing personnel related policies i.e. timely Addition / deletion under GPA, EDLI, GTI policies.

11. Preparing insurance RFQs and placement slips.

12. Scrutiny/ verification/audit of policy documents / endorsements and also update in records.

13. Correspondence / co-ordination with surveyors, brokers, underwriters & marketing offices etc. for insurance related matters.

14. Co-ordination with other departments – HR, Sales A/c , Logistics, CTS, Export, CDC etc. for insurance related matters.

15. To maintain records / proper filing of all FG claims, Policies docs, Declarations, CIF Certificates, survey fees bills, pre-dispatch survey reports, D3 insurance return documents.

16. Build and strengthen relationship with the panel of insurance surveyors, insurance company’s officials, and brokers for long term association.
