Diagnose issues, report defects, and propose regression tests to discover recurrences.- Lead test planning, test documentation, reporting and design and implementation of validation procedures.- Apply industry best practices and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally.- Partner with Automation and Infrastructure team to leverage automation to allow better reliability and scalability.- Work with developers and PM to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.- Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasizing defect prevention throughout the development process.
