Manage a team of engineers with varied experience levels
Run agile project management processes
Provide guidance and coaching to team members on technical contributions, product architecture, and other areas.
Improve product quality, security, and performance
Take ownership of the product

Requirements

BS/CS with 10 - 15 years experience with at least 2+ years in management role
Programming background
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React, and Amber.
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net.
Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle, and MongoDB.
Mobile application development with either Android or IoS

Good To Have

Devops and Cloud deployment
Experience with ML frameworks(Tensorflow, Keras, Scikit learn) and Python ML libraries(Pandas, OpenCV, Spacy, NLTK)
