Ability to design and architect the core codebase and infrastructure.
Ability to deep dive and document complex code-bases in order to clean technical debt.
Write "clean", well-designed and easy-to-read code and documentation
Incrementally improve the system with backward compatibility to the current codebase.
Highly self-driven, responsible and keen to learn and improve.
Sound understanding of putting in place and leading engineering initiatives across projects.
Excellent problem solving skills.

Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
1+ years of prior work experience as a developer on various languages such as PHP, Python and Java.
At Least 2 years architecting and building complex and scalable systems.
Proficient in both MySQL and NoSQL databases like Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch etc.
Understanding of OOPs concept, SOLID principles and design patterns.
Strong in data structures and design patterns.
Knowledge of system design is preferred.
Exposure to frontend technologies like HTML and CSS is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Code showcase in Github and participation in competitive coding platforms is preferred.
