We are looking for an ’Interior Site Supervisor’ on an urgent basis. * Oversee day to day operations of the facility. * Overseeing work execution. * Handling multi workers for tasks. * Assigning task for workers. * Monitoring project progress. * Should demonstrate teamwork. * Excellent organizational skills. * Analytical thinking. Problem-solving orientation, and communication abilities with workers. * Leadership. Knowledge of reading drawings ( Interiors layouts). * Provide for site safety and security; devise and implement site policies and procedures. * Supervise and evaluate staff; complete employee reviews; keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets; provide positive direction to motivate quality performance; discipline personnel when necessary and appropriate. * Set project goals and oversee projects to completion; schedule and track assignments. * Helping the project to plan to finish the weekly work program. * Helping coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment. * Completing records for site reports. Job Duties: * Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team * Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes * Create and enforce employee schedules and construction timelines * Document all costs and ensure that expenses never exceed the construction budget * Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings * Other duties as requested Job Type: Full-timeskills: able to understand AutocadSalary: based on the last scale and experienceExperience: 2 - 4 years requiredEducation: Diploma or bachelors requiredJob Types: Full-time, Walk-InSalary: INR10,000.00 - INR20,000.00 per monthSchedule: * Day shift Experience: * work: 2 years (Preferred) * total work: 2 years (Required)
