Demonstrates a strong customer service orientation

· Ability to handle customers effectively

· Handling clients information with Integrity and Sensitivity.

· Resolving Escalations from Clients.

· Staying informed about competing products and services

· Researching and qualifying new leads

· Understanding customer’s needs and identifying sales opportunities

· Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information per email

Desired Candidate Profile

· Excellent Telephone Etiquette

· Neutral accent with no mother tongue influence and good in grammar

· Immediate joiners are preferred

· Candidate should be flexible to do work for office

· Must possess strong communication skills with an ability to solve customers

· Experience in International Voice Process.

· Professional in conduct/behaviour, appearance and communication

· Reliability in terms of attendance and timing

· Should be very competitive and a good listener

· Ability to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction
