Job Title :International Recruitment Specialist

Location: Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India

Salary Range: Rs.27,000 INR to Rs.30,000 INR (Depending on the experience and interview)

Reporting to: Business Partnership Lead

Areas to be covered: Jabalpur, Bhopal, Indore & Ujjain.

The Job

In this role, you will reach out to potential clients in the Education sector, such as education institutions & training centers. You will drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal and take our company and platform to the next level!

You will be responsible for:

· Providing sound advice on Schooliply, to potential Sub-Agents.

· Physically meet potential sub-agents, explain Schooliply product in detail by giving sub-agents a product demo/training.

· Maintain follow-ups over calls to keep building the sales pipeline.

· Monitoring market trends and providing regular feedback.

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly report to Business Partnership Lead.

· Achieving monthly and quarterly targets of appointing Sub Agents, set by Business Partnership Lead.

· Represent the Schooliply brand to promote Schooliply services to sub-agents, international educators, and prospective students.

· Increase international student enrollment at Schooliply by recruiting international students from diverse regions

· Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to sub-agents and their staff, and keep the agent contacts engaged with Schooliply through regular communication.

· Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote Schooliply.

· Train and guide sub-agents to improve the quality and volume of international applicants, ensuring top quality students and leads.

· Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize international student outreach for Schooliply.

Travelling:

· Frequent traveling will be required. Both in-city and out-station depending on the zone decided by the Business Partnership Lead.

· All traveling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms.

Ideal Candidate:

· You have at least 2 years’ experience within a Business Development (or Sales, ideally within the Education industry.

· Minimum 2 years of international student recruitment experience for secondary and or post-secondary institutions. (Preferred)

· You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.

· Experience within Startup Experience would be a strong advantage.

· You have a strong experience in Business Development sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.

· You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

· You are a strong networker & relationship builder.

· You are passionate about education.

· You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard.
