You as a Sales Manager/ BDE/ Sales Officer will be responsible for key sales functions of the company.

You shall responsibly drive the business strategies and plans towards a strong and sustainable business goal.

You shall be the front face for the distributors and the clients for handling the international and the national sales operations.



Job responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with new customers and clients.
  • Develop dealer and distributor network and maintain good relations with current and potential customers.
  • Ensure existing markets are retained by maintaining close client relationships.
  • Conduct market research activities as required.
  • Promote an image of the organization and product/services that will further company objectives.
  • Report on developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
  • Identify and advise on new market opportunities.
  • Assist with the development and launch of new products/services.
  • Liaise with production and sales staff to ensure client needs and market opportunities are met.
  • Ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
  • Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on Sales and Marketing.
  • Prepare follow-ups and leads handling reports on a regular basis.

Required Candidate profile

  • Candidate must possess good communication skills to handle clients
  • S/He must be good at email communications.
  • S/He must be an open learner and must possess good knowledge of sales for distributors (national and international)
  • Knowledge of the Electronics Industry is an add-on for the desired profile.
  • Approachable and vibrant personality.
  • Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
  • Passion to deliver the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet targets/deadlines.
