We are hiring for International Inbound Customer Care (Voice-UK Shift)

Experience required for Job: Must have 6 months to 2 years in International Voice Customer Service (Inbound International Voice Process - BPO)

Job Description:

Answering inbound calls of customers and clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services. Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

Eligibility criteria:

  • The candidatemust have experience in International Inbound Customer Support.
  • Flexible to work in UK shift
  • Should able to join immediately
  • Must have English Fluency
  • Should have your own LAPTOP and Wifi (minimum speed required 60 MBPS)
  • Benefits: Fixed Salary
  • 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed Off)

Annual Salary for the Job:Min 15k-21k (per month)
