The primary focus of this role is to provide exemplary and mind-blowing Potential networks and connections to business. Expectations will include above and beyond experiences such as proactive service lines of communication and building a forum between Potential Investors and Management Team.

· Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering shareholder value

· Preparing agendas and attending for weekly/bi-weekly client calls and identifying action items for the future deals. Preparing client deliverable, including shareholder reports, short interest reports, and research readership reports

· Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

· Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.

· Keeping track of upcoming client events and investor outreach activities, and anticipating what deliverables or action items are necessary

· Plan and direct to prepare client events and investor outreach activities, including coordinating client.

· Manage equity research and investor relationships

· Collecting and analyzing sell side estimates.

· Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team

· Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business

· Monitoring and compiling peer group research; following industry, competitor and customer developments and news flow including earnings calls and analyst days - communicating key takeaways to management teams

· Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls

· Work with legal counsel to ensure compliance on regulatory matters

· Participating in client meetings and calls

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
