Roles and Responsibilities


1. A CSV consultant will use his/her knowledge of FDA cGMP and related regulations and guidelines, and specific knowledge of computer validation methodologies and principles to perform CSV on a variety of systems and programs.


2. Responsible for all manufacturing IT systems deployment, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade & support including integration with WAN, LAN, firewall, associated HW / SW, etc. to support site Perso Systems / Application operations.


3. At least 2 years of Computer System Validation or any valdiation experience required


4. Past experience writing, reviewing and executing computer validation documentation (Validation Plan, IQ, OQ, PQ, RTM, summary report).


5. Experience in any other validations (cleaning, process, etc.), temperature mapping etc. would be a plus:


6. Experience of QA in a FDA regulated environment is preferred.
