Roles and Responsibilities

Key Result Areas (Key Performance Indicators)

• Develop sound understanding of IT operations and related applications and IT systems as well as business related processes and procedures
• Identification & evaluation of applications required to fulfill stated & identified business requirements
• End to end project management capabilities
• Evaluation, coordination with group capabilities, implementation & release of change requests & change projects
• Ensures operationalization of chosen applications: infrastructure identification, installation, activation, deployment & support
• Maintain adequate knowledge of operating systems and application software used to provide a high level of support
• Maintains and consistently demonstrates a general knowledge of company guidelines, processes, practices and procedures

Educational Background and Work Experience
Educational Background:

• Must be a BE (IT/EXTC) or Equivalent qualification (full time)

Work Experience & Skills/ competencies:

• Ideal candidate shall bring experience in IT, preferred would be from an Indian company environment. Strong project execution abilities
• Has been a part of the IT consultancy practice in a consulting or IT organization OR client internal IT organization
• Must have executed minimum 2-3 End to End SAP implementation projects
• Experience in B2C domain – industries such as paints, E- commerce, dcor, furniture, home solutions, FMCG, Consumer durables, Consumer Electronics, etc.
• Has significant exposure and hands on experience in identifying value & delivering solutions directly interfacing with the consumers
• Experience with / knowledge of implementing/ integrating consumer facing applications & core enterprise applications
• Exposure to developing and/ or implementing customer engagement platforms such as Hybris, Adobe, Magento, Watson, Dassault, etc. or equivalents
• Exposure to designing & delivering customer engagement on web and mobile platforms such as website, commerce, sites, kiosks, handhelds, etc. Would be added advantage
• Exposure to User interface designing & User experience definition and delivery
• Exposure to portals, mobility - mobile apps development & deployment, social, analytics (big data/ predictive, etc.) & cloud applications management
• Exposure / knowledge of enterprise wide integrations, CRM solutions, Sales Force Automation productivity tools, call center, website deployment, web services, testing tools, project management tools, etc.
• Exposure/ working knowledge of SAP ECC or higher versions would be an added advantage
• Creating business case/ ROI assessment
• Has led and handled a team of 2-4 (or more) reportees
• Hands on experience with handling & delivering IT requirements; drawing an enterprise wide architecture
• Exposure to creating requirements document, RFPs, SOWs, Blueprint documents, Configuration Manuals, Training Manuals, Functional specifications, etc.
• Gaps assessments & fulfillment, workarounds identification & deployment
• Infrastructure handling, hardware & networking will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and awareness of the latest trends in technologies and applicable use cases
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Incident Management

• Must be team oriented and results focused
• Self-drive & inclination towards picking up new areas
• Relevant certifications as regards the above mentioned will be an added advantage
