1. 1-2 years experience in Recruitment
2. Experience in end to end recruitment
3. Willing to do recruitment calling
4. Familiar with usage of job portals
5. Should be able to close position within stipulated time frame
6. Good academic records throughout school and college.
7. Excellent communication skill and an ability to convince.
