We are looking for an IT Recruiter for Contract Staffing to manage our full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

HR Recruiter’s responsibilities include--

--- sourcing candidates

----Job posting on different platforms in house and on relevant social media.

----Screening of the candidates through phone call , video call , in person etc. He /she should be able to screen the right talent according to the qualification , job role , background checks.etc

----Accurate English writing & verbal skills to write emails & coordination with clients and applicants.

----Efficient in maintaining the data and familiarity in using the applicant tracking system.

---Understanding of the compensation .

--- Knowledge of basic hr admin role like on boarding of the new joiner in coordination with internal hr team , queries & grievances handling of the employees and of the clients .

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
