Responsibilities :-
1.Must be self driven, motivated and should set his/her own targets.
2.Proper lead utilisation and a conversion ratio of at least 15% would be expected.
3.Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems would be an added advantage.
4.Must be able to build a good rapport with outbound customers.
5.Post sale customer handling.
6.Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
7.Hands - on experience with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling and social outreach would be useful.
Qualifications :-
1.Fluent in Malayalam and English, knowing Tamil will be an added advantage.
2.Having prior sales experience will be beneficial but not mandatory.
3.Freshers who want to explore into inside sales can apply (both completed and pursuing)
4.Experienced candidates can apply.
5.MBA graduates looking for 8-week internships can also apply. (Language requirements must be met)
