This is a full-time on-site role for an Senior Associate, Academic Planning located in Bengaluru. The Academic Planning will be responsible for providing student

- Class planning

-NPS

-Feedback Management

-Excel

- Time Table planning

- Coordination between Head office and centres

- career counseling

-Academic advising and education support.

The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as assisting students with course selection, providing guidance on academic and career paths, and facilitating workshops and seminars.

QUALIFICATIONS

Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in academic advising and education support

Knowledge of various academic programs and career options

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations

Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, or related field

Previous experience in academic Planning

Btech background preferred
