Job Title:

  • Accounts and Tax Assistant

Experience Requirement:

  • Fresher upto 2 years

Job Time:

  • 10am to 6pm

Weekly Off:

  • 2nd and 4th Saturday half day and Sunday Full Day

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recording sales, purchases, and journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
  • Assisting with the finalization of financial statements.
  • Managing bank and cash entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Handling PAN/TAN applications and maintaining compliance with tax regulations.
  • Preparation and filing of income tax returns for both individuals and businesses.
  • Managing GST registration and filing of GST returns.
  • Handling TDS returns and ensuring compliance with TDS regulations.
  • Visiting client locations as required to provide on-site assistance and address any accounting-related issues.

Other Important Point:

  • As per the terms of employment, a security deposit equivalent to 15 days of salary is required to be deposited with the company. This deposit serves as a form of security and will be held during the duration of your employment. It will be returned to you upon completion of your employment, subject to any deductions as outlined in the company policy.
  • Annual Increment Period is after one year from the start date of an employee
  • Salary payment will be 10th of every month
  • Employee may take 2 paid leaves in a month. Total 24 leaves in a year
  • Office hours may get extended based on the project/work deadline

Compensation Range:

  • 7000 to 17000 per month based on experience

Job Type: Full-time
