Job Role :

1. Enabling preparation of Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account:

  • Income Provision
  • Expense Provision
  • NPA / Loss Provision

2. Reconciliation review:

  • Accounting reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations

3. Fixed assets

  • Accounting for purchase and sale of assets
  • Providing for depreciation

4. Quarterly consolidation:

  • Group-company confirmation of transactions
  • Other details

5. Tax payments and returns:

  • TDS Payment and Return
  • Service Tax Payment and Return
  • Enabling Vat Payment and Return by the branches

6. Handling audits and inspections

  • Statutory audit
  • Internal audit
  • Tax audit
  • Transfer Pricing audit
  • Service Tax audit
  • RBI audit

7. Handling assessments

  • Preparation of data for Income Tax assessments
  • NSDL / 26AS transaction reconciliation

Knowledge of Accounting Standards and Tax Laws

Educational Qualifications :

Chartered Accountant

Experience Profile:

2 to 3 years experience in Accounts function
