Roles and Responsibilities

To handle security, transportation, house-keeping, pantry, repair & maintenance works etc
To conduct comprehensive safety assessments and audits; along with ensuring factory records are updated and well
To complete disciplinary actions, domestic enquiry, contract labor management; in co-ordination with HO.
To liaison with govt. bodies, labour departments, police, local authorities etc
To co-ordinate with Factory In charge for existing/upcoming issues with best possible solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have good communication skills and IR knowledge related to Labour law compliances, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, notices handing, liaising with government officials/labor authorities, contract labor management, team management etc..
Should have fair experience in MS-Office and Internet.
Should be an Ex-defense personnel
Should have experience in Safety and Security assessments in a manufacturing unit.
