Job Description

Admissions managers objective is to act as a strategic business developer and thinker who should be able to execute marketing plans for results; the main motive being brining business to the school in the form of admissions.

Main Responsibilities

a) To plan, forecast and analyze market demand and student admissions trends. Preparation and presenting marketing plan of promotional materials, advertisements, campaigns, conducting and participating in events that can generate business and provide reports. Should be able to plan, develop, execute, and monitor the successful maximum student enrollment methods.

b) To collect data from various sources, sorting it, aligning it according to the age group and completing it.

c) Should be able to set clear monthly targets for the counseling team as well as for individuals.

d) Handling all parents grievances in coordination with school Principal / Head-Master /or Head-Mistress promptly after the admission of students.

e) Follow-up for admission withdrawal and try to gain the knowledge behind it.

f) Building-up rapport with existing parents and try to get leads for next year admission academic session.

g) Prepare an annual marketing report to facilitate strategic decision making by management.

h) To know, maintain, adhere to, and comply with all rules and policies for admissions as prescribed by Jaipuria Edutech Pvt. Ltd.

i) To maintain continuous contact with the parents & students.

j) Preparing marketing calendar for all the schools to get admissions.

Job Requirement:

  • Education: MBA / Post-Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience:Seven years of experience of admission counseling in education industry
  • Skills / Attributes:

    • a) Computer knowledge (MIS, Microsoft Office)

    b) Skills in organizing, prioritizing and follow-up

    c) Warm, enthusiastic, positive and pleasing personality

    d) Good communication skills

    e) Good negotiation time management skills

    f) Travelling
