The Procurement Analyst will work with stakeholders across the organization, and partner closely with Accounts Payable, Legal and DCT Internal Security as it relates to purchase requests, supplier contract review and supplier management within our ERP (Workday).Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound purchase requests across the organization, ensuring internal policies are adhered to
  • Work to drive cost savings and favorable terms across our supplier contracts
  • Maintain relationships and clear lines of communication with suppliers and Duck Creek business owners
  • Process Requisitions and POs within Workday, ensuring accuracy when reviewing
  • Support the Accounts Payable Department to ensure invoices are allocated correctly to Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Support internal and external audit processes
  • Compile and track data related to KPI’s through reporting
  • Maintain Procurement process documentation, including our company policies
  • Manage the travel partner relationship and review company travel reservations to ensure compliance with travel policy
  • Ad Hoc Projects where required
What You’ve DoneEducation and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Procurement, Purchasing or Sourcing
    • Experience within indirect Procurement preferred – Software Procurement and Professional Services related Procurement knowledge is a plus
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, And/or Abilities
  • Understanding of business contract language essential
  • Comfortable with handling contract renewals and negotiating pricing
  • Office 365 knowledge essential
  • Good Excel knowledge – Pivot Table, V Lookups, etc.
  • Workday ERP experience desirable
  • Ironclad experience desirable
  • Analytical, detail driven
  • Ability to adapt, manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Exceptional organization skills
