Position – Architectural Assistant

No. of Openings - 1

Experience- 1-2 years

Qualifications - B.Arch

Salary - 20k - 25k (Per Month)

Commitment Period – 1 year

Job Location - Green field model gram, Ludhiana

Working Days - Monday - Saturday

Work timings - 10:00AM to 7:00 PM

Role And Responsibilities

As an Architectural Assistant at Dots & Lines Studio, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in architectural and interior design projects, including residential and commercial projects
  • Producing architectural and interior design drawings and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation, including working drawings and interior details
  • Coordinating with on-site personnel, consultants, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural and interior design

Required Skills

  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion
  • Experience in classical and modern residential architecture preferred
  • Experience in drafting working drawings and interior details
  • Ability to coordinate on-site and with various stakeholders, including consultants, vendors, and site supervisors
