Role Description
The Area Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our operations team in Karnal. This is a full-time on-site role and requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of operations associates. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and optimizing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity, and the ability to implement and maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement, facility management, and safety compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
