To recruit team of Life Mitras of very high quality and standards as perthe corporate strategy.
To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed.
To focus on and develop various business segments as per the salesstrategy.
To train LMs with the help of LD team
To ensure that there are no unethical business practices by his / her LifeMitras.
To ensure that there is no anti selection against the Company and thatthe Company is not put to any financial loss due to poor quality ofselection of lives either directly or through his/her team of Life Mitras.
To ensure high standard of quality of sales, very good quality of lives tobe insured and very good quality of Life Mitras.
Adherence to Sales Quality policy of the company. The DevelopmentManager (DM) Group employee is responsible for the Quality of businesssourced by his team as defined in the Sales Quality Policy, as amendedfrom time to time.
To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal aswell as external regulations
To alert the Company against any adverse selection of lives.
