MUST HAVE 5 YEARS OF PHARMA SALES EXPERIENCE AND MINIMUM 2 YEARS OF SALES MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
Responsible for managing the sale of products in a specified region or geographical area. Managing the Sales Team in the Specified Area -ALLAHABAD,ROBERTSGANJ,MIRZAPUR,SULTANPUR &JAUNPUR
IT WILL BE GOOD IF YOU HAVE A TEAM TO BRING ON FOR VACANT HEADQUARTERS
Ensures profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region
Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Assisting sales personnel in their techniques
Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
Educating sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars and regular meetings
Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements
Must have good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: Up to INR35,000.00 per month
