#BNC Motors is hiring Area Sales Manager based at Kolkata as a state head for the West Bengal market.

Requirements

Full time MBA with minimum 4 years EV 2W OEM experience from the state level operation is a must.
Required additional previous minimum 2 years experience from ICE automotive OEM.
Candidate based at Kolkata is preferred but not limited.

Responsibilities

Expansion of our brand channel partners across the state is the primary responsibility
Manage marketing activities. Identify & report additional promotion supports
Monitor & manage weekly / monthly retail & wholesale operations of the entire state
Manage and coach sales team of our channel partners
Developing & presenting the quarterly marketing and sales plans
Build sales pipeline for new business opportunities including B2B
Manage the Sales, Service, Spares & Marketing activities across the state along with our Kolkata CoCo showroom operations
