  • Based on the marketing plan development short term and long term.
  • Responsible to build the brand across the country.
  • Establishing distribution networks and to achieving desired goals by managing a team of professionals.
  • Manage the sales and marketing operations and accountable for top line and bottom-line growth.
  • Define and implement strategies for market penetration of Cattle Feed , FMCG and agriculture bio fertilizer.
  • Planning scheduling individual/team assignments to achieve goals.
  • Develop and sustain the existing network and effectively manage the supply chain.
  • Expand the distributor infrastructure and appoint new partners in untapped markets.
  • Evaluate performance monitor distributor sales and marketing activities.
  • Identify and evaluate institutional customers and sustain.
  • Urgently hiring for area sales manager and sales officer in the your location or home district location for sales and marketing profile of agriculture, cattle feed and FMCG sector.
