Urgently hring for ASM - Insurance sales for a leading health insurance company based at Mumbai Location.

  • Generaton of the business through agents and Roadshows
  • Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents
  • Planing and devicing the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
  • Ensuring the agent productivity and activation
  • Training and agent life cycle management
  • Brand development by conducting road shows 6. Ensure Nil discripancy and high customer service satisfaction
  • Ensuring meeting of the targets month on Month basis assigned to SM.

Qualification - Graduation Experience - fresh / 1 Year Preferred Industry - Insurance -Health /Life/ GI Experience of Agent recruitment & sales in previous job is preffered.
