Overview:
Our HR team is seeking for our Assistant HR Content specialist to support the management of our HR subsite within our new intranet.
We’re looking for a team player who is keen to support our HR team having fresh and attractive content within our HR Subsite with an agreed schedule.
You will have exposure to a cross functional, global team where your communication skills and content creation will be showcased to a diverse HR, Leadership and Global employee audience.
Responsibilities:
  • Support managing our HR editorial calendar for intranet HR subsite – frequency on updates to make, monitor publication of diverse type of content (blog, news, videos…)
  • Support coordinating and creating contents on various medias that will be available to keep our HR subsite relevant, current and attractive
  • Support our network of HR content owners to continue building additional content while ensuring consistent and timely messaging
  • Conduct content audit, execute content framework; and map/migrate content
  • Regularly review and update site content for accuracy and relevance
  • With the end user experience in mind, Ensure users can easily navigate to information on site and via keyword search
Qualifications:

  • Multinational company internship experience preferred
  • Bachelor degree holder (preferred in business management and/or HR)
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good planning and organizing ability
  • Proficient in written communication skills, particularly those pertaining to digital content
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 platform, with a strong understanding of SharePoint
  • Fresh Graduate welcomed
