Purpose of the role


Maximize revenue and minimize AT & C Loss in the Business Unit through ensuring 100% Billing & Collection efficiency and effective operation and maintenance of the power utility system.


Roles and Responsibilities


- Operation and Maintenance of Power Utility System

- Drive New Connections & Network Strengthening

- Ensure Billing & Collection efficiency

- Carry out Root cause analysis of HT Feeders breakdown / tripping and identify remedies.

- Enhance Customer Satisfaction by resolving grievance

- Maintain documentation of all techno-commercial tasks performed for future reference.

- Coordination with SBU Heads for smooth functioning

- Ensure adherence to safety guidelines


Desired Candidate Profile

- Hands on experience in both technical and Commercial aspects of power utility business

- Knowledge of Meter Reading and Billing LT & HT Customers

- Knowledge of Tariff and Regulatory

- Experience in recovery of dues and bill settlement

- Communication skills

- Team Player

- Problem Solving ability

- Analytical Skills
