Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for HR activities such as releasing offer letters, performance management, training and development, maintaining employees records, joining and exit formalities, Grievance handling, discussing appraisals with employees, experience of making offers and other activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 6+ years of relevant experience
Must be comfortable to report onsite after pandemic.
Must be comfortable to work in US Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) or (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)
