1. Talent Acquisition, Employee retention, Performance Management, Employee Grievances.

2. Recruitment, documentation for joining formalities, Exit Formalities.

3. Leave & Attendance Management, Payroll Processing, PF, ESIC, arrears Calculation.

4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

5. Performance management and career development for employees.

6. END TO END CORE HR ACTIVITIES.

7. Handle complete recruitments, background verification, payroll, handling statutory compliances, staff welfare activities, employee motivation and building up strong team for the company.

8. Compile all data needed for the annual salary review, and the annual performance appraisal analysis and timely provide feedback / recommendations to the management.

9. Ensuring successful completion of onboarding process, all joining formalities and documentation requirements within stipulated timelines.

10. Managing HR team of the organization and also administration department.

Required Candidate profile

1. Good Communication skills both Written and Verbal.

2. Candidate with only HR experience must apply with Minimum 10 years experiences.

3. Willing to work in a team and as a team.

4. Must have fair knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, Indeed etc.
